Production Background & Fun Facts: Posthumous is Director Noah DeBonis' thesis film from the MFA Film Production program at the University of Miami. Posthumous was filmed in the heat of the swamps, in mold-infested rooms of condemned buildings, and on roadsides with sun-basking alligators. Posthumous deals both in theme and plot with what is invasive versus what is native in the rural swamps of the everglades.
