Synopsis: (Drama) Waiting puts time out of joint as Samantha anticipates the death of her oldest friend, Anne, across the country. After midnight Samantha abandons the stillness of her house to tame her neglected garden, gathering strength to say good-bye and help Anne let go of fear at the moment of her death.

Production Background & Fun Facts: Shayna Connelly is a writer, director and editor. Her work focuses on hauntings and explores the lines between experimental, documentary and fiction. Gardening At Night is the third film in the Haunted Mourning Trilogy along with 'Signals: where do we go from here?' and 'Blunt Force Trauma', both of which premiered at the Big Muddy Film Festival and played at the Athens International Film and Video Festival. In December she will shoot 'Quiver', a horror-love story hybrid. In 2016 she was named one of Newcity Magazine's 50 Chicago Screen Gems.
