Production Background & Fun Facts: Our film Waiting On Mary was born in the beginning of 2014 from the creative mind of Corey Horton. Corey wanted to create a compelling yet quirky story that focuses on how a person loses his or her identity when faced with traumatic, life-changing events and show how denial transforms who we are and how we deal with new realities. Waiting on Mary is about one man, trying to make sense of a new world, while desperately holding on to an old world.
